Nour's Flock Foam Floor Applicator refill is the product of choice for water-based floor coatings. Designed specifically to be used with water-based polyurethanes, stains, shellac, varnishes, and lacquers. The block applicator is threaded for optional extension pole use. The applicator pad can be reused for multiple applications and should be cleaned with soap and water.
