Passeport Élite Shellac-Based Primer-Sealer and Stain Killer is excellent to permanently seal stains caused by smoke, water, rust, grease, nicotine, graffiti, markers, etc. It is perfect for eliminating odours caused by smoke, urine and animals. This product is recommended for application to interior ceilings, walls, doors, trim, cabinets, furniture and related paintable surfaces. Exterior uses are limited to spot priming only.
Interior
Apply to new and previously painted drywall, plaster, wood, metal, vinyl, PVC, fiberglass and masonry. For exterior surfaces, apply to new or previously painted wood, hardboard, glass, metal, PVC, rigid plastics, aluminum and vinyl siding, fiberglass and masonry. Blocks stains and odours resulting from water & fire damage, seals stains from dark colours, grease, rust, creosote, asphalt, crayon, lipstick, graffiti, markers, knots, sap streaks, tannin bleed, etc.
Exterior
Use this product to spot prime persistent bleed from knots and sap streaks before full surface priming with a water-based or oil-based primer.
Tinting : May be tinted with up to 2 ounces (60ml) of universal colourants per gallon. Addition of colourants may extend the dry time of this product.
