EXCEL waterproofing sealer clear acrylic base Excel Waterproofing Coating is a clear, penetrating, water-based, environmentally friendly, breathable acrylic sealer/primer that seals, waterproofs, primes and protects. Milky white in color when applied, it becomes clear when dry. Suitable for: concrete, stucco, stone, masonry, brick, wood siding, wood decking, plaster, drywall, metal and chalky surfaces.
