Roman PRO-977 Ultra Prime Pigmented Wallcovering Primer 3.78L PRO-977 Ultra Prime is a premium, pigmented acrylic primer that can be used on most surfaces. PRO-977 promotes strippability and is particularly excellent for priming bare drywall and sound water-based paint.
